AI Service Business Policy (Cancellation & Refund)

Policy Scope: This page applies only to AI services on Thanaiex.com,
such as AI chat usage, tokens/credits (AI Tokens), and related digital features.
Not covered: Legal representation, legal advice by a licensed lawyer,
or any professional legal services, which are governed by separate engagement letters/service agreements.
1) Scope and Definitions
- “AI Services” means automated chat systems/tools on Thanaiex.com accessible through user accounts
- “Tokens/Credits (AI Tokens)” means usage units that users preload into their accounts to access AI Services
- Information provided by the AI Services is general information only and does not constitute legal advice or create an attorney-client relationship
2) Cancellation Policy (AI Services Only)
- Users may cancel or deactivate their AI service account at any time through the member area
- Top-up tokens will remain in the account until used, but completed top-up transactions are generally non-refundable (see Section 3 for exceptions)
- Transfer of tokens to other accounts, conversion to cash, or withdrawal of tokens is not permitted
3) Refund Policy (AI Services Only)
Refunds may be granted in the following cases:
- Duplicate charges from a single payment
- Successful payment but tokens were not credited to the account within 24 hours
- The service provider discontinues or is unable to provide the AI service due to serious system failures
- Other cases as required by applicable law
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- Change of mind after a successful top-up
- Tokens have already been used, in whole or in part (except in cases of our system error)
- Violation of the website’s usage policies/terms
4) Refund Request Procedure
- Submit your request within 7 days from the payment date via the Contact Us page, together with proof of payment/order number
- We will review and notify you of the result within 3 business days
- If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method (e.g., Omise/payment provider), and it normally takes 7–14 business days to appear in your account
Note: Payment provider fees (if any and non-refundable) may be excluded from the refund.
5) Service Suspension / Force Majeure
- In case of temporary system maintenance, we will try to provide advance notice via the website or email
- If serious technical issues prevent the use of the AI for an extended period, we may, at our discretion, compensate users with tokens or take other appropriate measures
- If the AI service is permanently discontinued, we will announce the compensation/refund guidelines for unused tokens
